Young Professionals Development Programme (YPDP)
Summer Shadow Programme
Launched in 2024, the FC Africa Summer Shadow Programme provides high school and university students with opportunity to gain firsthand work experience during school breaks. Students will shadow industry professionals in their fields of interest, gaining insights into best practices, problem-solving, and workplace etiquette. At the conclusion of the programme, students will have developed essential professional skills, practical knowledge, built valuable industry connections and improved their career prosepects.
