Young Professionals Development Programme (YPDP)
The FC Young Professional Development Programme (YPDP) is a one-year initiative designed to equip recent graduates and young professionals with practical skills and sector knowledge. Combining theoretical training, real world experience, and personalized mentorship, the programme prepares participants for professional growth. Throughout the programme, the Young professionals gain exposure to development work, guided by seasoned professionals who provide personalized support and career advice.
Summer Shadow Programme
Launched in 2024, the FC Summer Shadow Programme provides high school and university students with opportunity to gain firsthand work experience during school breaks. Students will shadow industry professionals in their fields of interest, gaining insights into best practices, problem-solving, and workplace etiquette. At the conclusion of the programme, students will have developed essential professional skills, practical knowledge, built valuable industry connections and improved their career prosepects.
