Feed the Future Ethiopia Transforming Agriculture is a five-year, $67 million activity under the U.S. Government’s Feed the Future initiative. The project seeks to increase access to healthy diets, particularly for women and children, by enhancing the competitiveness, inclusiveness, and resilience of Ethiopia’s food and agriculture systems. By using a nutrition-led approach, the activity focuses on reorienting the food system to meet the desirability and convenience needs of consumers, driving demand and consumption of more nutritious foods.

Transforming Agriculture aligns with national strategies including the Food Systems Strategy and Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture Strategy, and works through partnerships and grant funding to catalyze systemic change across food systems.
