Who We Work With

Collaboration drives everything we do. We work hand-in-hand with international donors, governments, financial institutions, NGOs, and local organizations. Together, we apply our expertise to build stronger communities, advance economic opportunities, and foster sustainable development across the region. We turn ideas into action and partnerships into lasting impact.

Our Footprint

In 2025, FC took a bold step in its regional expansion by opening offices in Nairobi, Kenya, and Kigali, Rwanda, marking its official entry into East Africa. This milestone is part of a broader strategy to build strong networks and deepen collaboration across Africa and beyond. FC continues to maintain a strong national presence through its main office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, supported by six field hubs and eleven satellite offices. With active operations in over 17 cities and towns across the country, FC remains deeply rooted in local ecosystems while steadily expanding its continental footprint.

We’re transitioning from First Consult to FC Africa. Our new identity reflects our growth, regional presence, and expanded work.

A full website update is underway, we thank you for your patience during this transition.
